Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through:

• • By contacting customer support

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Once a subscription is cancelled:

• • Access to software services may remain available until the end of the current billing cycle
• • After the cycle ends, access to the platform and related features may be suspended

3. Project-Based Services

For custom services such as:

• • Software development
• • Consulting
• • Implementation

Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

If a project is cancelled, work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and any outstanding invoices remain payable.

4. Drug Drop Rx Right to Cancel

Drug Drop Rx reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if:

• • Terms of service are violated
• • Fraudulent activity is suspected
• • Payment obligations are not met
• • Misuse of the platform occurs

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• • Customer data may be retained for a limited period for security, compliance, and audit purposes
• • Customers are responsible for exporting any required data before service termination
