Drug Drop Rx provides software development services, technology consulting, digital services, and subscription-based software platforms. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
All payments made to Drug Drop Rx for services, subscriptions, or software access are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Due to the nature of digital services and software access, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a customer believes a charge was made:
They must notify Drug Drop Rx within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, appropriate corrections or refunds may be issued.
Temporary interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, or third-party provider disruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds. Drug Drop Rx will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
