Refund Policy

Drug Drop Rx provides software development services, technology consulting, digital services, and subscription-based software platforms. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Drug Drop Rx for services, subscriptions, or software access are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Due to the nature of digital services and software access, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • • Charges are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • • Once a billing cycle begins, payments are non-refundable.
  • • Cancellation of the subscription will prevent future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

3. Software Development or Consulting Services

Payments made for:

  • • Software development
  • • Consulting services
  • • Implementation services
  • • Customization projects

are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If a customer believes a charge was made:

  • • In error
  • • Duplicated
  • • Unauthorized

They must notify Drug Drop Rx within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, appropriate corrections or refunds may be issued.

5. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, or third-party provider disruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds. Drug Drop Rx will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
