1. Services

Drug Drop Rx provides:

• • Software development
• • Web and mobile application development
• • IT consulting
• • Data analytics and automation services

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate project requirements
• • Supply lawful content and data
• • Pay invoices on time as per agreed terms

3. Payments & Billing

• • Invoices must be paid as per agreed milestones
• • Late payments may result in service suspension
• • Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy below

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
• • If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment will be charged proportionally for work already completed
• • Subscription services (if any) may be cancelled with prior notice; unused periods are non-refundable

5. Intellectual Property

• • Upon full payment, client receives rights to final deliverables
• • Drug Drop Rx retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drug Drop Rx shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect or consequential damages
• • Loss of business, data, or revenue

8. Termination

We may terminate services if:

• • Payments are overdue
• • Client violates these Terms
• • Unlawful activities are involved

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
